Terms & Conditions and Process
Thank you for your interest in commissioning me! Please read the below terms & conditions and process information:
Process:- Payment is 100% upfront through PayPal invoice.- Progress on the commission will only start after payment is received. This does NOT mean that progress on the commission will start immediately after payment, it just means that work CAN start at any time AFTER.- I will send a work-in-progress draft image to check if everything is okay before I start colouring. I will make changes/adjust the drawing if you feel something isn’t right at this stage.- When you are happy, I will move on to colouring and from that point, no more major changes to the piece can be made. However, that does not apply if the colours are incorrect and you wish for them to be altered, as that is understandable and I will adjust them for you.- I have a full time job and there may be other people before you who have commissioned me. So please be patient. I will keep you updated if there are any major delays but please do not pester me.Please note these additional T&Cs:- These commission prices are for personal use only, do not use them for commercial purposes or resell them. This includes the work in progress images.- If you wish to have commercial use, let me know and we can discuss pricing.- I reserve the right to refuse any commission.- Do not claim my work as your own.- Do not use my work in any AI / ML models, software, websites, filters, etc.- If you choose to terminate the commission before the piece is complete, I reserve the right to retain costs equivalent to progress made on the commissioned piece. If the piece is finished, no amount will be refunded.- I like to be casual when I talk to my clients, but I always take business and transactions very seriously.Please do not take my lighthearted talk as a reason to sidestep any boundaries.- By commissioning me, you accept these conditions.
